Take a gander at this sterling silver collar. Fit for royalty indeed! In fact, it’s based on a collar made for royal dogs at Leeds Castle in the 18^th and 19^th century.

Our guys may never get to wear one of these, but it sure was fun thinking about it for five seconds!

A new site offering collars for dogs and cats, has come to our attention: www.FelineFido.com. We decided to try them out and give Monty a fresh new look for spring. Above is Monty modeling his new collar.

FelineFido offers grosgrain ribbon stitched onto nylon buckle collars. Many have hip, retro patterns and lots of holiday specific collars. Several collars include a donation to Breast Cancer Awareness, as part of the purchase price. Which means many PINK collars to choose from. (For those of you with girls, you know pink is a necessary color to dress them up in. And even drenched in pink, someone is still going to come up to your girl and ask a question about “him”.)

Because we prefer harnesses for our nose-challenged crew, made an inquiry about harnesses. They are in the works and will be on the site soon. We’ll be keeping an eye out for them.
