Rebecca BonBon to arrive Spring 2009?

This past summer, FremantleMedia announced plans to release Rebecca BonBon merchandise for global launch in Spring 2009. So far, merchandise has only been available in Japan.
Brom Entertainment has teamed up with FremantleMedia to market Rebecca BonBon as a new, high-end fashion line to the rest of the world, including North and South America. According to the Brom site, items such as: bags, luggage, and clothing are being created and will be available through TV home shopping channels. (Does not identify which channels.) It also states they are acquiring the licensing of many more Rebecca BonBon products.
So, looks like collectibles are around the corner. Or, if you have a friend in Japan, just an international shipment away!
