Penney is a hit-and-run survivor who found herself in the best of homes, a home full of Frenchies! She is the lone fuzzy wuzzy among four snorting, bat-eared pals. All that Frenchie-ness has rubbed off on her because she’s now hot on the political trail to be crowned El Rey Fido of San Antonio!
El Rey Fido is an honor bestowed upon the dog that raises the most funds for the rescue of homeless animals in San Antonio, Texas. Something Penney feels very strongly about, as she was once there herself.
But fear no more Penney, victory can be yours! You have till April 1st to earn the right to participate in Fiesta dressed in velvet robes and a crown. An outfit, which would do your Frenchie-family proud! Go Penney go!
